EQAI Ethical Framework v3.0 — 判断が成熟する社会へ
EQAI Ethical Frameworkをv3.0へ更新しました。
今回のアップデートでは、これまで積み重ねてきたEQAIの思想を改めて見つめ直し、人間の判断を中心としたLiving Frameworkとして再構成しました。
人は誤る者である
v3.0の出発点は、シンプルな一つの前提です。
人は誤る者である。
私たちは、自分の認識を事実そのものだと思ってしまうことがあります。
だからこそ、自分が「そう見ている」ということと、「それが事実である」ということを分ける。
そして、不確実性や矛盾をすぐに排除せず、もう一度考える余地を持つ。
EQAIは、その姿勢から始まります。
AIは「もう一つの視点」
EQAIにおけるAIの役割も、より明確になりました。
AIは正解を決める存在ではありません。
情報を整理し、異なる解釈や可能性を提示し、私たちが見落としていたものを探るための**「もう一つの視点」**です。
AIは、もう一つの視点。
最終的に選ぶのは、人間。
Boundary / Margin
v3.0では、**境界線（Boundary）と余白（Margin）**を、人間の尊厳を守るための重要な要素として位置づけています。
境界線は、自分と他者の領域を明確にする。
余白は、立ち止まり、感じ、考え、見つめ直し、もう一度選ぶための空間です。
まず、自分を満たす
EQAIでは、
自分を満たす → 余白 → 循環
という順序を大切にします。
自分を満たすことを犠牲や自己否定の対極として捉えるのではなく、他者や社会との健全な循環を生み出すための土台として捉えます。
一人ひとりの人間から社会へ
どの組織も、人によって構成されています。
そして社会もまた、一人ひとりの人間の思考、感情、関係性、判断、選択によって形づくられています。
だからEQAIは、社会を変えることから始めるのではなく、一人ひとりの人間の心と判断から始めます。
Living Framework
EQAIは完成された理論ではありません。
Framework → Protocol → Practice → Observation → Evidence → Research → Revision → Framework
この循環を通じて、経験や証拠によって問い直され、更新され続けるLiving Frameworkです。
今回のv3.0も、その循環の一つです。

EQAI Ethical Framework v3.0 — Toward a Society of More Mature Judgment
The EQAI Ethical Framework has been updated to version 3.0.
This update revisits the ideas that have shaped EQAI and restructures them as a Living Framework centered on human judgment.
Humans Are Fallible
At the foundation of v3.0 is a simple premise:
Humans are fallible.
We sometimes mistake our perception for reality.
EQAI therefore encourages us to distinguish between how we perceive something and what can actually be confirmed as fact.
Rather than immediately eliminating uncertainty or contradiction, we create space to pause, explore, and reconsider.
This is where EQAI begins.
AI as Another Perspective
The role of AI within EQAI has also become clearer.
AI is not the authority that determines the correct answer.
It can organize information, offer alternative interpretations, surface possibilities, and help us explore what we may have overlooked.
AI is another perspective.
AI offers another perspective.
Humans decide.
Boundary / Margin
In v3.0, Boundary and Margin are positioned as important elements for protecting human dignity.
Boundary clarifies the space between self and other.
Margin is the space to pause, feel, think, reconsider, and choose again.
First, Fill Yourself
EQAI emphasizes the sequence:
Self-Fulfillment → Margin → Circulation
Self-fulfillment is not opposed to contribution.
It can become the foundation for healthier relationships and a more sustainable circulation toward others and society.
From Each Human Being to Society
Every organization is made of people.
Society itself is shaped by the thoughts, emotions, relationships, judgments, and choices of individual human beings.
This is why EQAI begins not by attempting to change society from the outside, but by looking at the human being and their judgment at the center of it.
A Living Framework
EQAI is not a completed theory.
It evolves through:
Framework → Protocol → Practice → Observation → Evidence → Research → Revision → Framework
Through this cycle, EQAI remains open to questioning, evidence, and revision.
Version 3.0 is another step in that living process.
